Flourish Box Co. generally takes 1-3 business days to process orders. For the most up-to-date processing time, please check our announcement bar at the top of the page.
Orders are processed/fulfilled in Wasilla, Alaska, Monday-Friday 9-5pm AKST. We do not ship on any major holidays.
While we are continuously trying to keep box costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost.
We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on time. Unfortunately, once we send an order to be shipped, it is out of our control, and we cannot offer refunds on shipping.
For the time being, we are only offering shipping to the United States.
Oh no! We are more than happy to help with calling carriers to help track down your order. If this was due to a customer error, send us an email, and we can discuss it further.
Have them take a look around; there is a good chance that it might be hiding somewhere. Great places to check are the backyard, side of the building, front yard, lobby, etc. We can also assist by calling the carrier to get more information on the order. If neither of those options work, we recommend filing a carrier claim.

Flourish Box Co. does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds on any items offered for sale in our store do the custom nature of each item.
We try our best to ensure each box is carefully packed to prevent any damages that may occur during shipping. In the rare event that a box arrives damaged, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders (including pre-order) are FINAL - we do not accept order cancellations as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
No. Flourish Box will never include a packing slip or gift receipt in any box.
Since Flourish Box Co. is a new gift box company, we only offer a single box size: 10” x 8” x 4.5”, but we hope to provide more options in the future.
